Returns and Exchanges
We strive to provide products of high quality and wearability to match. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If, however, you would like to return or exchange any items, we can do so under following conditions;
-Items need to be in perfect unworn and original condition;
-Items need to reach Staples Stable in 14 days of purchase. For the returns purpose, you will be deemed to have purchased the product on the date it reaches you via ‘signed for’ post (date of signature)
If you intend to return an item, please inform us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you decide.
If we receive no communication from you in 14 days from the delivery, you will be deemed to have accepted the product and we can no longer accept a return.
Your statutory rights will not be affected.
If the above conditions are met, we are also happy to exchange – just simply note the model and size in your email. If the item is no longer available, we will contact you to discuss possible replacement or refund.
Any items that are returned to us in a damaged or altered condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Returns should be made using registered, secure service. Please retain a copy of the proof of postage certificate and ensure that the goods are adequately covered for compensation. Staples Stable are unable to take responsibility for any items lost in post.
Faulty or incorrect items
In the unlikely event that the item you have received is incorrect or faulty, please let us know as soon as you can. We will cover all shipment costs and give you an option to replace or return the goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned items, which need to be in the original unworn condition. Please note that we reserve right to refund instead exchanging if the chosen replacement is no longer available.
Please ensure you follow the care instructions provided as we won’t be able to replace or refund products which have been damaged/altered through inappropriate treatment.
We reserve right to individually consider each return request, particularly in the event of repeated returns or unreasonable requests. Each item will be checked thoroughly and quality assured prior to despatch. Please note that placing order with Staples Stable means that you accept our Terms and Conditions.
We will post your items within three working days from the purchase completion.
The date of the signature will be deemed the date or receipt of Goods and 14 days return or refund period will apply from that date.
